What powders for M1A?

What powder should I use in a M1A? Do I need to stick with H4895 or IMR 4064? Any load data for 168 gr AMAX or 175 SMK would also be appreciated.

Issac McCaskill, he has built mine and all my friends that shoot M1A's. He also does great work on Garands and M1 Carbines. He builds Christopher Robert's rifles (former winner of the Garand Match at Perry)

He is also the designated armorer at the East Coast CMP Games.

pretty much any bullet/powder combo that works in the M1 garand will work in the M1-A. just don't use the same charge!
