What packs are used for gun rest in prone?

I see small field packs used by shooters in prone position. All the tactical suppliers offer large full field packs which would be overkill.
Something smaller for a day of shooting at the range seems hard to find.
Also, the packs used in videos seem firm and full. What's in there that provides a good rest?
As you may have guess, I'm new to this shooting discipline.
Thanks

I have shot off a pack for years. All kinds of packs. If I know I am going to shoot off it, I prefer a pack with a couple external pockets that I can stuff with whatever (protein bars, water bottles, candy) the pack pockets should be close enough that when you set the rifle in between the pockets, you can seat the rifle and the pockets form up to the sides of the stock. Scoot forward or rearward to adjust height. Is it a benchrest? No, but it works very well and you don't have to carry anything extra OR have a bipod hanging off the front that snags everything on God's green earth.

Are you talking backpack or bag?

That's my question too. What I'm seeing in vids appears to be half the size of a backpack and somewhat square. A good example is the pack used in ryan cleckner videos. He actually has a shooting mat roll attached. Unlatches a couple straps and the mat unrolls behind the still attached pack. Slick.
But I don't know what name to google or what supplier to check with.
