What MOA rail ?

I’m mounting a Sightron SVSSED 1050 x 60 in 1.5” Burris XTR rings on a new 6BRA for 1000 yd. competitions. Question is: DISREGARDING the adjustment inherent with these rings, what MOA rail should I use?

I would suggest a 20 moa rail.

If I'm looking at the right specs, that scope has 60 MOA of adjustment in it.

So in a best case scenario of it mounting up in the middle of that range, you'll have 30 up & 30 down.

So a 20 MOA base should/would/could yield 10 down & 50 up.

I try to be in the middle of the adjustment range when zeroed at 1K.

If 25 moa drop at 1000, 20 base 5 from the rings keeps you near center of scope.
