What in the...

Just looked at gunbroker site, people are nuts PERIOD.2 cases small pistol now at $1,320.00. How these people going to ship these things.

I had to go look...1475.00 and 2 1/2 hours to go. 26 bids. Wow.

I have enough spp's to meet my needs but man this makes me think about starting to conserve, cut back a little on shooting until this all shakes out.

I had no idea that primers were the new hot commodity. I've got a brick of 1000 CCI-BR4. How much you think those things are worth?

Yeah, i'm in the process of trying to get new broadheads for archery season.
I saw last month that Lancaster Archery had what i wanted, expected ship date was 8/7.
So i put in my order. At checkout, expected ship date 8/27.
Backordered to end of August on Amazon too.
I ordered a set from the manufacturer, figuring i might get those sooner.
Hadn't heard anything back so was gonna call. Got on their website & saw notice that shipments delayed 3-4 weeks.

This is getting nuck'n futs! o_O

Walked into local Bass Pro yesterday and found a full case of 210M's sitting on the shelf. I picked out 5 packs and left the rest for someone else. There were some SRP's on the shelf, but not what I was looking for. I've got enough to last me through the first half of next year given I'm not going to the local range anymore. Too many virus spreaders not wearing masks. Although I love going shooting, I'm not DYING to go.

I just paid $90 plus shipping for a box of 50 32long colt for a friend who didn't care because he couldn't find any anywhere and had none, so his hand gun was useless.
When it got here the original price tag was $6.89. Glad I don't have any obsolete fire arms.

I didn't tell him I prefer to buy 5,000 at a time.

Honestly sometimes I wonder. Is it just me?
There is a huge gap between the buying/stocking/consumption habits of competitive shooters and hunters. Most people really don’t know anything about competition shooting.

I know shooters who buy more barrels than a hunter buys rounds in a given year.

+1 on this . I've only got 5,000 SRP on hand , and I'm wondering if it will be enough to get me through the F-class Natls. and SWN next February .

well i am not too happy about potential virus spreaders, but i REALLY am not too happy about the number of unaware, untrained, unsafe newb jokers showing up lately. and they aren't all young. was next to a 60 something couple that had 3 safety 'events' in 30 minutes until they got humiliated/flustered enough to pack it up. well, make that 4 events... i forgot they put steel out at 15 m on a 200 yard range.

stay super aware out there, shooters...

I stopped in Sportsman’s Warehouse yesterday to look at new shoes. While there I took a walk through the reloading components. They had a lot of large rifle magnum in stock. Federal regular and match, and a couple thousand CCI large rifle magnum. Then I noticed a Couple bricks of CCI regular large rifle and BR2’s. I got the BR2 primers.
