I see people on here selling things at a unreasonable price. Just makes me sick. I had a friend on here sell me some things at the price he paid for them last year. Sure he could have made alot of money, but he didn't. He helped me out. That's what we are supposed to do for one another, help each other out in a time of need. Let's not forget that. If your one of them people price gouging on here shame on you. Yeah I know people will PAY for what the need. But that's why we are in this mess to begin with. Yes, but some can see what’s coming down the road. Until we walk in the other person’s shoes, we don’t know their reason for selling and pricing.

I was so pissed about price gougers , ready to clean out reloading room and sell it all. I’m sitting on a pretty healthy supply as I load for myself, grandpa, and 2 sons. Never needed to load handgun ammo till this year therefore I haven’t stocked pistol primers. I tried trading for normal prices and thankfully I found a gentleman on forum who made a promise to not price gouge

Well, you don't have to buy any of it, so gouge away I say....you wont be gouging me. Don't get me wrong, I don't like it and would never do it myself, but the gougers are not the only problem and they don't have all the ownership in this situation...those of us who go out and buy 5000 primers at a time just because they are available {whether they need them or not} are just as much the cause.

I rather doubt that either of you are are currently fighting a war or are law enforcement. This is a hobby for all the rest of us. If you find yourself out of ammo or the components to load ammo, IT IS YOUR OWN FAULT. Nobody owes you anything. So if you go without shooting your favorite guns for a while it will not kill you. If someone is selling components at a price you do not like then by all means don't buy them. It is not their fault you didn't see the writing on the wall and stock up. Mitchell if your children are minors it is your job, if they are grownups and provide no help in loading or supplying the components to reload the ammo that they are going to shoot then you need to look up the term enabler. And Forum boss this is your forum and if you need to ban me for this post i totally understand, maybe you could just ban me from posting???

I’m heavy on large pistol primers need srp......even trades work for me

I agree; these shooting collaterals are not water, food, medicine, shelter, ice, gasoline, epipens or insulin and it baffles me that some act as though they are. I bet it’s safe to assume that 99.9% percent of folks on this forum aren’t depending on these items for daily sustenance and actual survival and I bet those who are, were prepared.

It's always easy to be noble with someone else's money. First off, who are you or anyone else for that matter, to determine what "reasonable" is? What you're seeing is pure capitalism, nothing more. People never prepare. Then they are caught without. They are not being forced to pay these ridiculous prices..... THEY CHOOSE TO. Big difference. They won't die without a case of .223. And the only "karma" involved here, is people's unpreparedness catching up with them. They had as much opportunity to stock up as everyone else. Instead they chose not to. Now they can pay the price for it.
