What going on with 21st century shooting

Has any one else had problems contacting 21st century shooting? I had a buddy order some parts for my neck turning lathe so I can prep some brass for him and haven’t seen anything in 3 weeks. We’ve both been calling and no response. I’m hoping I just over reacting and the company is still doing business. Just curious if anyone else has had the same issue.
