What do I have here?

First, I will tell you what I know about this rig. It is a RPA Quadlite 4-lug action with 30 inch Palma contour stainless, 6-groove barrel. It has a laminated thumbhole stock, Jewell trigger, trigger hanger, a Piccatinny 0 MOA rail, a NF 12x-42x BR scope and is chambered in .22 BR. It weighs
16.8 pounds as shown with scope mounted. It is not glued but is bedded in what looks like Devcon.
I will have to find its accuracy potential at a later date. I know that it is a very relative thing, but would anyone familiar with such a rifle estimate its value. Thanks

Using the cleaning rod method, it appears to be a 9 twist. With 60-75 grain fragile bullets, p'dogs would be in grave danger.

Thumb hole stocks have always been more comfortable for me to shoot than to look at, that being said , that's a real snazzy looking little rifle! As far as value I know nothing about that action, I'd want to see some groups before I offered it for sale......John

$1000-1250 for the NF, $200-300 for the stock and whatever the action runs and whatever accessories (dies, brass etc.).

Nice gun! fore end looks to be for a bag rider. but this is new to me. Still a good looking find.

And if 73 grain Bergers shoot from that thing as good as they do through my 9 twist 223. misses will be rare.

You should chat with member "Laurie" on here. Very helpful guy with a lot of knowledge on RPA and Barnard. The RPA actions were very popular with F class folks in the UK, etc. The stock looks a lot like the Shehane Thumbhole Tracker that I owned at least a half-dozen of.

Looks like someone's varmint/plinking rifle but it would fit into UBR Unlimited class as well. As to value, I'd guess $1600-$1800ish plus the scope. I don't recognize it from any UBR matches but that doesn't mean it wasn't used in some.
