What deer feeder adjusts for shortening of days?

I am looking for a battery operated spinning feeder that can either be programmed for the shortening of the days, or that have a photo cell switch (that actually works).
I have had photo cell timers in the past that would either be triggered to early on cloudy days, or fail to trigger on cloudy mornings.

I know I am over thinking this, but a timer that could be programmed based sunrise and sunset times via a Zip code.

Anyone have first hand knowledge and experience with one that they can recommend?

You are over thinking JMHO
You have to go fill the thing at least every month or so. When I do this I bump my times based on sunrise and sunset. I have to do this about every 45 days from start to end of feeing season (8 months)
I buy this spinner and toss the bucket. Run it on a 50 Gal tripod.

Only issue is the battery holder stinks so I hard wire with clips.
Duracell battery will last 90 days.

I dont have to refill that often. I have an 1100 pound feeder, and when I fill it up Sept 1, it should last me well into Jan.

I tried to come up with a time table based on the sunrise and the sunset, but the days get shorter by about 2 minutes each day, By the time 30 days go by... the "perfect" time is 30 mins off.

I set mine to go off around dinner, mid day , feed pretty heavy, no deer in the field usually. If I feed in the evening the coons get it that night, and in the mornings the turkeys clean it up. I feed mid day so the deer at least have a chance at it in the afternoon.
