Recommended Garmin Chrono Accessories?

With other chronographs I've used, I end of getting various accessories, like power packs and laser sighters, to make operating the chronograph easier. I will be getting a Garmin shortly. Are there any accessories I should also get?

You don't really need anything. However, this is a nice add. Flip the cover shut, leave the tripod in place and toss your chrono into your bag. Beats a separate case.

No laser sighters or power packs needed, though I always carry a power pack for backup for all my mobile electronics. I got a small hard cover carry case so that it can fit easily into my range bag and a quick release for the convenience of just easily snapping my Garmin onto and off the tripod:

Nothin. Store it in its original box.

It takes a basic C charger, so no need for battery packs and the like.

Like Bill above I bought the silicone wrap for mine in case a strong wind or shooting partner knocks it off the bench (mumble, mumble)! I also bought a charger in case I forget to charge the unit. Then I bought a hard, water proof case about $24 on Amazon to house the chrono and tripod, the charger, and the charging cord.

Works just fine as is. I did buy a padded case. The charge lasts multiple sessions, hasn’t missed a shot, easy to charge, easy to set up.

Short answer is no accessories are needed.

I've got one coming ! I like orange. I attach mine to a seb with a quick release & I'm always afraid I'll fumble it when attaching or releasing.

I have an small camera case. This i got... Right before phones became cameras. Story of my life !

Mines been in the shed since last fall, and the other day I used it and it was no problem.
I can't think of any thing anyone needs for it, except a case maybe, I keep mine in my shirt pocket most of the fall...
