I am considering buying a house closer to where my daughter and son-in-law moved in North Carolina, don't want to have a part time home that far south. So for a number of reasons, including being an avid sailor, I am considering the Virginia Side of the Chesapeake Bay. Maryland Gun laws seem to be getting worse than those in New York, hence the Virginia Side rather than the more popular Maryland side for boating.
So, if I have a good number of my firearms on the Lancaster Peninsula area of Virginia (Irvington Area) does anyone know where I can shoot 100,200, 300 or possibly farther within reasonable distance?
(Also looking for Skeet and Trap Clubs in the area, which seem allusive.)
Thanks, Bob
