Well that's a little embarrassing

Ever shoot the exact same load a few times during development just to see if it was you ? This guns been giving me fits and I love it for some reason because of it lol.Well today had the bright idea after changing the scope and rail out ( went from a little Nikon 3-9 to this muller 8-32 ) of:
" Wonder what would happen it I took a random load and shot a few groups with just that "
So loaded five ,shot a group came inside, loaded five more of the same , shot another and so on and welll...... Got to say I'm a little embarrassed :D

Guess I just plain need more practice :D

If it’s anything like a TC, they respond better back towards the trigger guard.

A tip open rig like that, anything you know about bolt guns, etc, you can throw it to one side.

You might read Mike Bellms thoughts on loading for the break open TC type rigs. Some think it is written in stone, a lot depends on how hard your pushing the round. Full tilt boogie loads are what he refers too.

Your front rest is WAYYYY too far rearward.

You may want to consider letting someone you know who is a good shooter give it a try. It may not be so much you; it may be the gun or it may be the load. I had a gun that had me questioning my skill set and was happy to see that I alone was not the problem when a friend who is a better shot than myself got similar groups.

If only I knew someone lol ,yeah eveyone round here is if the opinion that if you can hit a five gallon bucket @ 100yd yd your good enough for the woods and if you can hit a beer can at the same distance your some kinda sniper or something :Dmost eveyone is extremely confused when I show them targets like the ones I posted and I tell them their OK at best compared to most guys I talk to. Usually they just ask if I can make their gun shoot like that lol.
Gets a little lonely at times :D

As a fellow Handi shooter I have to ask, what’s the problem ? Looks normal to Me! Unless You want to make Yourself crazy.

I have one of those 8/32 Muller scopes. It is now a “paper weight”. If I tried to use it for a rifle scope, I would be lucky to hit the berm.

The truth will set You free

I always thought those little handi rifles were neat as hell and would make a fantastic little truck gun to just keep under the back seat to shoot at a coyote with or something when ridding around out in the hills. I picked up one in .243 for a $100 from a local forum and thought that would be just the thing. Then I tried to get it to shoot. I spent many of hours and lots of money trying to get that thing to shoot a consistent 1" group. It was a 2 minute shooter at best and I traded it off.
