What Savage trigger do you have that goes down to 2 oz. ?I've got my PTA trigger at 7ozs., took a lot of tinkering to get it there. Any lower and it trips, but it is heavy compared to my 2oz. Jewel or the 2oz. competition in the other Savage action. Savage could go lower on their BR rifles but I'd be willing to bet the lawyers say no no.
It is a SSS competition trigger, only installed by Fred Morea after the action is T & T'd by him. What Savage trigger do you have that goes down to 2 oz. ?
The BR trigger doesnt come w/ a spring kit. All other models do. For those wanting a BR while I am out of stock, consider my JT05. Its the same trigger, it just comes w/a spring kit making it capable of heavier pulls. All JEWELL MODELS are 1.5 oz capable. LDSI agree, stick with LDS, I've never gotten an extra spring with any Jewell. My last Jewell from Larry was a few months ago and no extra spring, I got it down to 1.43 oz. I guessing you can order the springs?
Good to know! Thanks for the info! The BR trigger doesnt come w/spring kits. All other models do. For those wanting a BR while I am out of stock, consider my JT05. Its the same trigger, it just comes w/a spring kit making it capable of heavier pulls. LDS

Since you gave that away, I now need the directions to your favorite fishing hole!Third Generation has Jewell triggers for $185.
I believe Jewell has found a source for the parts they need. I think those parts are currently being tested.
