So now i am thinking, should i sell my rest, it is a Greenlaw windage top and Caldwell bottom with lead in it. And replace it with a SEB Neo

That's one heck of an upgrade! And you're right, you should upgrade your rest. Couple of others to consider though would be the Randolph or a 1 pc. rest.
Randolph's are what 95% of us use who shoot IR50 3Gun where a 2pc must be used.
1 pc. rests dominate ARA & IR Unlimited.
I tried a 1pc for a while & didn't care for it. I also have an early Seb. I still use the Randolph for everything.
Co-Ax & 1pc. aren't for everyone. You'll just have to see for yourself whether its right for you.

Thanks Keith for your knowledge! One of the reasons that i considered something like a Neo is due to that not only could i use it with the Turbo, but i could still use it for F-Open, or Centerfire Score matches.. egg shoots or anything.. i feel that it just opens the palette.. whereas if i were to invest in a one piece, well, i would consider it some what limiting.

You're correct on them being limiting. A main reason I got rid of mine. Also felt like it didn't help my scores 1 iota.
I use my Seb for cf score matches where I was told I really needed a coaxial or I'd be at a disadvantage. I'll say this, 10 mins. to shoot 5 shots is an eternity to anyone that shoots sanctioned rfbr. The Randolph would have been fine.
You won't be disappointed with the Seb!

Keith,

Again, thanks for your input to this!

Looks good, Tim Miller makes some very good rifles! Now get her in a match somewhere.
i shot it last week.. first time i used it with decent ammo i shot a 1800 and a 1860.. i was pleased.. not knowing the rifle or the ammo and how it shot..

Well ordered the rest, should be here about this time next week from what i am told..

An 1860 means there was a 10 somewhere, are you using flags? They are critical in Rimfire.
Yes,
But not knowing how the ammo reacts or having a good style of shooting yet can make a big difference.. my current flags work, but i could use some more different ones.. i am working on that..

10s are easy to get somtimes, I've shot plenty of them myself. Starting off with a good rifle like you did was a smart move. Enjoy the sport, Rimfire is a fun one.
