Wedge point pillar bedding

New to this rim fire shooting. I have a CZ 452 varmint 22LR. Found on the web a gunsmith Heffron Firearm Classics in Charles City, Iowa that offers to modify CZ with all these upgrade:
Premium Trigger Job (Except 453),

Accuracy Performance Tuning,

Trigger Overtravel Adjustment,

Wedge Point Pillar Bedding,

Varmint Model Action Attachment Upgrade,
My question is has any one used his services if so were you pleased?

My son has a 453 with them now that is a month overdue from its original due date. They have been very hard to get ahold of finally after many tries phone, e-mail. The new delivery date has come and gone again. I can't comment on there work I've never seen or heard from anyone who has had work done by them. When he gets it I'll post his results. Good Luck

I got a trigger kit from formeryodave on eBay (search for CZ 452 trigger) - works quite well on my rifle. Ligthens the pull quite a bit.

that was the reason i clicked on this...... i've heard of round and square stock but not wedgey.....
i'm sure it is something new and improved......

I said in an earlier post that when my son got his back I'd let you know how it turned out. The original time frame for the work was 6 to 8 weeks he received it in 14 weeks. Well, the wait was worth it! A CZ 453 that wasn't quite up to snuff 5/8" groups @ 50 yards was as good as it would do. With Lapua Center X,Wolf Match Extra & Target, Federal Gold Medal Match and Eley Target all groups are less than 3/8"outside to outside. CCI Green Tag opened up to 1/2". The trigger doesn't have the set feature anymore but breaks like glass its supposed to be set for 14 ounces and feels like it. He had them do all their tricks to it. Barrel crown, re chamber,lap the barrel, pillar bedding, trigger. I think after he gets more trigger time with it he'll do better, it caught him unaware a couple of times. Its a shooter now, I guess I'm going to have to send my CZ 455 to them as well.
