Web dia for 243 Lapua cases

can anyone tell me the web dia of the Lapua brass in 243 Win.

I don't think that my 243 AI reamer is large enough.

Chamber .471+, the case head .470+.

Then there are the 'tight chambers' and small base dies, my shell holders will not allow a small base die to size the base of the case below .125" + the radius.

My 243 ptg reamer cut the base of my chamber to .469. My dies won't size the cases down enough and I'm having issues with it.

If you call RCBS and inform them there die is too small at the base to size a case they will ask you how your made the measurements.

Then there is factory made over the counter ammo. I would find a case that would chamber, when determining the ability to size a case I invert the case, I place the case head into the die.
