Weaver T36 turret label

I recently purchased a Weaver T36 and disliked the 0-4-4-0 elevation turret knob label. I looked at past threads and saw that Weaver apparently no longer makes "normal" knobs. I'm sharing the image of the low tech label I made as a pdf file. It fits well if printed on Avery 5265 TrueBlock Shipping Labels. If you print it on a standard thickness sheet of paper, you will likely need to resize the image for it to fit properly.

P.S.: This label is for the cone shaped spare turrets that come with the scope that are slightly trickier to fit a label to because of their shape. The label scale fits when the upper label edge sits just underneath the "up" and "dn" inscription on the turret.

Here's what it looks like. I'm looking at these labels as semi disposable. Not pretty, but reasonably clean.

Numbers are MOA. The second row adds convenience when moving quickly between 200 and 600 yards.
