Weaver t36 repair facility help

I have a Japan made Weaver t36 that will not track. I have talked with Cheryl Ackerman and iron site scope repair and have struck out at both places. Does anyone know of a repair place that will work on these scopes

Is this one of the old t36s from the late 90s to early 2000s? If it is i have some turrets for them if that will help you.
