Weaver T36 Clicks to Get From 300 to 400 and 500 Yards -- Rank Beginner Q

Shooting a 308 168gr Sierra MK BTHP @ 2400fps @ muzzle. Know point of impact at 300y. Roughly how many clicks of elevation on my Weaver T36 will I need to get from there (300y) to point of aim at 400y? Then, how many more from 400 to 500?

Looking for a non-technical, "about" sort of answer, just to have something to go with for starters.

from 300-400=33
400-500=41
The T36 is 1/8moa clicks
Each number on the adjuster ring is 8 clicks
