There are usually several for sale on ebay. I bought mine there, just need to be patient and a good buy will come along.
I've got both the telescoping brass finger one, and the cast-iron finger rest.
I preferred the cast iron fingers for barrel work as it doesn't wear like brass- but I haven't used my SB for barrel work in many years (bigger machine) so I can part with it. The telescoping rest isn't for sale.
