want 338-06 A-square case and necking input

Hi everyone, I am going to have P.T.G make a reamer to use with the 180 and 200 grain accubonds I already have and the nosler cases I just ordered from sinclair. my plan is for a no turn or just very lightly turned neck for the Kreiger fluted #5 1/2 tapered barrel that should be here in about 4 weeks or so. It will be smithed for me by greg tannel ( luckily after a year wait my name is up!) The barrel is going in a stiller predator action which I have just recieved along with an H-S stock. I just retired and am hoping to connect with some elk in the years to come. Any info on the case neck thickness you have seen on your nosler custom 338-06 A-square brass. How about input on Norma 338-06 or A-square 338-06 brass neck wall thickness and any observations on the relative hardness, quality, and serviceability of these three manufacturers that you would care to share. Has anyone else out there done a no-turn neck instead of going with the standard sammi reamer. By the way, I don't expect that I will be going into any stores and finding loaded 338-06 ammo in the places that I will probably be hunting. very gratefully, ken

text message Mike at 13197502907. He has a couple he built using PT&G reamers. He wanted to shoot heavy 200+ same as you. He should be able to help you. He is home today and will answer any questions you might have. Good Luck Scott
