Used maybe 5 times. Selling because they will not link to my phone or tablet that has an Android operating system after the update. I called customer support. They said its a known random issue. My wife's work with her Apple. Most people's work with Android that I know. I'm not including the ear canal cushions for cleanliness reasons. They can be purchased from Walker or Amazon.

Have you tried "this" unit with an IPhone and with another Android?

My wife's does on her iPhone. We bought two sets. At first hers wouldn't sync and mine did with Android. Then they updated and mine won't work and hers did. I called them. They said it's a known problem.
