Vudoo is DONE!

I refrained from posting this until I knew for sure. Vudoo Gunworks has closed their doors as of last Tuesday.
Yes, the website is still up and it doesn't mention anything about them closing. I would not order anything from them though. I did send an email placing an order for a scope base and they do not reply.
Mile High Shooting, who has long been a good Vudoo vendor, has taken them off the website. Euro Optic still has some inventory listed but very sparse (no magazines).
Mike Bush, who was initially a driving force in the company has confirmed this closing publicly on another forum.

Yes, Vudoo Gunworks has closed its doors. A post on the Accurate Shooter forum confirms this, with details from a member who attempted to place an order and got no response, says Mike Bush. Additionally, Mile High Shooting has removed them from their website, and while Euro Optic still lists some Vudoo inventory, it's sparse, says the post. The website is still up but doesn't mention the closure, according to the post.

Holy crap...that is amazing....and scary.

got to wonder about how RIM X is doing?
They're having their own troubles as well.

I’m sure someone will pick up the pieces. They had a pretty big market share. I bet someone will want to buy them or the IP.

HOLY SH#T!!!!!
I'm thinking AI owes me a fee for printing without my permission!

Hard to imagine this, as a great successful product being made, and then just close the doors? Usually cases like this are solely from mismanagement on some level. I shoot against Vudoos all the time but I sure don't want to see them disappear.

They make a great 22 rifle, but then decided to buy in to the 2011 market. I'm not sure that was wise.

I had heard they decided to stop with LH rifles a while ago. I thought that was a mistake, but understood that the market might not be there. But I didn't expect them to close shop entirely.
