My wife and I stopped by the Vortex Optics Headquarters in Barneveld, WI. yesterday. We were both very impressed with the visitor's welcome area. The area was large, bright, well decorated and functionally displayed Vortex equipment and gear. I'm not totally knowledgeable with the Vortex product line but it appeared to be fully represented in the show room. There are a ton of scopes and "red dots" mounted on stocks so that guests there can evaluate the scopes and various reticles. Also spotting scopes, range finders and the like. Plenty of Vortex gear on display for sale as well. A very personable greeter on duty when you step inside, along with coffee. There was also a gentleman whom I presumed worked there that had an adorable 12 week old male yellow lab. We purchased an item for a Christmas present while there and were given two very nice caps also. I would highly recommend stopping by there to chat with them and check it out. Lots of nice scenery in the outlying countryside also. We saw 3 Eagles up close and personal a few miles from there. Simply a very pleasant experience.
