viper HS-T scope

So im deciding on a new scope. either a vortex HS-T 4-16X44 or nikon monarch 5-20X44..... The vortex has a 30MM tube ! . Thay are about the same price

Will 16 power be enough for 200 yards ? Like shooting good groups ?

Never used the Nikon, but I have a Vortex 4-16 on my 6ar and 500 yds is not a problem. Used to use a fixed 10 power for midrange f/tr. You don't have to see the hole to shoot good groups. One thing I'll say is Vortex's warranty is, if it's broke they just send a new scope. To me that's fine but doesn't say much for the quality control. Nikon is a known manufacturer that has to repair not replace a scope. Just a thought.
