Vihtavuori Powder for .284 Shehane

Is there a go to VV powder for the .284 Shehane and the 180gr weight bullets? I have found lots of information on RL-17, H4831 and 4350. I am thinking VV-160 and 560 would be the burn rate I am after but would like some feedback from people who have been there done that.

VV- 165 and work up as with any powder, its good stuff.

I've worked with N560 in my Shehane. Excellent accuracy and velocity but temperature sensitive. ES increases as the barrel heats. N165 would be my choice, if VV powders were required. My best results are with H4831 SC.

I have just finished experimenting with N165 and 180 gr vld's as my preferred powder of H4831SC is very scarce in the UK at the moment.
58 grains gave me slightly slower velocity than 58 gr of
H4831SC and accuracy was reasonable at 600 yards' good enough for FClass practise' but I chose to stick with 4831SC for competition.

58 gr was a safe load for me but obviously you need to work up to it.
I will add that the ES were low but the accuracy window was slim, you were left in know doubt when you had moved out of node. This also been witnessed by friends using N165 in 7WSM's.
