Video evaluation at 1K!

Hi all ,Recently started a bit of testing using a video .. I have been trying to speed up the shots while running a group so i have taken a vid of me shooting ..After slowing down the frame speed i have seen a coupla areas that are worth going after ..I will take further vids in the hope of seeing an improvement.. I had trouble with the camera playing so i only got 6 shots recorded out of the 10 .. The sequence is about seventeen secs long ,a bit slower than i normally run them because of thinking about the bloody camera and not the group ..The object of this is to get it to about 2.5 seconds per shot , only time will tell.. Thanks for the evaluation on my shooting style.. I have had to adapt to the conditions at my range in the way i go about a group .. We have a predominance of a strong following fishtail wind ,if you just run the shots flat out without looking at the flags 1st you will get big groups on most targets.. I have therefor developed coming up off the stock while cranking the bolt and freeing the left hand from the rest adjustments at the same time ..While i'm off the stock i check the flags to see if i can can pull the trigger or not ,this has expanded to sometimes adjusting the hold position to hopefully suit the flags as i run through (Slower) .. If you look at my left hand it has to go around the bullet caddy to reach the adjustments so i have to build a new higher thinner caddy so as to put it inline with the gun ,,Let you know how it goes..JR..Jeff Rogers..ps..the reason for no rear adj rest is because 1 of my events won.t allow their use.crying shame ..

I would turn your ammo holder so your not turning the brass so much to get it in the gun.I would also make it taller so it slides in faster with less reach.
Another thing I noticed is your picking up your head to look at the flags or conditions.When the conditions are right keep your head down and run the ammo through the gun.
I have a bench set-up in my loading room and I seat my bullets very deeply so they will cycle through the gun.The cases have a spent primer in them but no powder.This allows you to practice at home while taping to work out all the bugs.
