Two weeks ago I recognized that the elevation turret on one of my discontinued Burris TAC30 scopes was not working. A call to Burris pointed me to their warranty form, and I shipped it out later that day.
Imagine my surprise to get an email from the shipper that the scope was to be delivered back to me yesterday. The fine people from Burris fixed the issue, inspected the scope, and did it much quicker than I expected.
I want to thank them for their products and for standing behind their warranty. I've had no less than 7 Burris scopes in my lifetime, and I've not had a failure until now. To know that Burris handled my warranty issue so well makes me confident to purchase their goods again.
Burris, thank you for a better than expected service experience!
