Just to clarify, those lead emission rules were adopted in 2008 - during the Bush administration.

I'm not here to say that the EPA does everything right, no government agency does. You might feel differently if you lived near one of the pre-EPA coal fired electric plants or drew your drinking water down stream from factories that used to dump thousands of gallons of liquid whatever into the river. Lead is bad stuff when it's improperly handled or stored. I'm curious to hear what the people living near the plant in MO think.
Mother Earth, the only one we have and we better take better care of her.
