I very recently bought a Caldwell,Battenfeld group) Rock rest and the rear bag with ears to go with it, upgrading from my old bean bags, from a vendor on this board.

The stitching started to come out of the bag holding the ears on. I could have taken the bag apart and resewed it. But I dropped a email to Battenfeld and a very nice person, named Jeannie P. a sales specialist, promptly replied.

I received a new bag in 3 days.

NOW THAT IS SERVICE AND A COMPANY THAT MUST TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND PRODUCTS.

I must also report good customer service. I lost one of the bag tensioners from my Caldwell BR rest. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one FREE OF CHARGE within a few days. Thanks Caldwell!
 
They came from Midsouth. I probably should have said that. But I did not contact Midsouth about the stitching. I thought Vendor would be ok. Sorry if any confusion.
