velocity question

For those seasoned shooters who have done the research- for you dasher/BRX/BRDX have you found that a max charge load for a standard 6BR still retains about the same approximate velocity even though its being shot out of an improved case? Ie 30gr varget in a 6BR vs 30gr varget in a 6 dasher? Just interested to know, I dont have a chronograph anymore and will be shooting my dasher in the next 2 weeks hopefully.

whenever i have loaded an improved case over the parent case, i have had to increase the charge to get the same velocity, sometime by several grains. a larger volumn and same charge equals less pressure/speed. it's a physics thing.
