Variable Binoculars

I was wondering if a set if Nikon Action Variable Binoculars would be worth having for ground hog hunting. I use 10 power now but need short bursts of more power to make sure that clump of grass is not a Hog.The reason i ask is my Uncle has a set of cheap $40 variables and they were real hard to look through for me even at the lowest setting.

just buy you a real good quality pair of 10x's and you will be able to pick out whatever you need to without the varible ones . Go to better view desired website and you can read which ones are the best, he does real good test .
