Vanguard Barrel

Hello, I have a new Weatherby Vanguard S2 in a .223. It has the Howa 1500 action and I am wanting to put a target barrel on it so I can also have it threaded on the end for a suppressor. I will be shooting in the 600 to 1000 yard range and would like to know who the best company would be to go to. I am not wanting to sell a kidney to get this but would like a good one at a reasonable price and good service.
Thanks

Do a search for gunsmiths that specialize in long range rifles, so you will get a chamber with the correct throat length you will need to shoot out to 1000 yds. None of my business but why a .223 for 600-1000 yds.?? most long range shooters choose a 6mm or larger for those distances..

Get a Pac-Nor prefit. Grooves and twist to your preference. IIWM 3g 7.5 or 7 twist.

Any smith can then do the final install and finish chambering.

I have done my 300WSM Vanguard, my 243 Vanguard which became a 260. The smith charged $65. I will be doing the next one myself. Already have the barrel. Probably going 22-250AI as I already have that reamer but never sure until I start the project. It could still be a 223 match rifle.
