Valdada's Terminator w/ 1/8th MOA and zero stop

Bart Sauter has been telling me what a great scope the Terminator is for long range shooting. Before now, the scope had 1/4 MOA click adjustments but Valdada listened to its customers and changed to 1/8th minute clicks. Last Friday I received the scope and mounted it on my Dasher. Without much preparation, I managed to win a 600 yard match on Saturday. This was my first 600 yard win in a long time and I must credit the big Valdada for much of my success in that match. I wrote a short article over the weekend and sent it to Paul. I hope that he will publish it. Here is a picture of the scope mounted.

What barrel profile do you use to make that work? I can barely get under 17lbs with the Sightron SVSS. It weighs 43 ounces.

James, is that the 52x ? And does it have a floating dot or just cross hair reticle?
It is the 52X with the floating 1/8th MOA dot and MOA hash marks. Also, the hash marks subtend 1/2 milrad at 14.4 x. There are clicks on the power ring for 14.4x , 26x (each mark is 1 MO and a click at 52x (each mark is 1/2 MOA). Another feature that I did not mention is the dial on the vertical adjustment that is used to mark a second zero. It is quite a scope.

Hows the shrpness when sighting bullets holes, looking south into the sun?
I have used most of the premium scopes (Leupold, Kahles, March, NF, Sightron, and others, and this scope has optics equal or superior to all that I tested. Of course, any scope loses sharpness while looking into the sun, but this one seems to "cut" through the mirage very well. We had quite a bit of mirage in the match Saturday, and I only turned the power down from 52x during the final target. James

Bart gets all the cool toys.
Is this a 60 power?
And still a 40mm tube? What's the objective bell size?

Shot the New Valdada 10x60 Precision this week at Memphis 600 yard match. It’s the Terminators slightly bigger brother. Sunday it shot a 1.580 2 Gun Agg (Total of 8 Targets). I could see bullet holes on my target when others couldn’t. It’s on a 40MM tube 1/8 clicks with a side focus. Bart

Nice score at the competition at Lakeland.

@BartsBullets , how's the overall quality, optical clarity and sharpness, and the ergonomics and utility of the controls on that Valdada 10-60x56?

Optically the Terminator and Precision are the same, but they are the best of any scope I’ve ever looked through.

The both have large easy to use elevation and windage Knobs. The Precision has side focus which is easier to use (my opinion) then the front focus on the Terminator.

Looking forward to reading it James!
