USPS cracking down?

I purchased an AR10 upper from voodoo_machine on here a few weeks ago and when I asked for the tracking number today he said it was shipped back to him because it got flagged for powder residue. I ship barrels here and there and other parts that have powder residue on them is this going to be an issue in the future with USPS.

I have not had any issues lately, I have gotten two different shipments of once fire brass, and a barrel all last week.

I had it happen once with new boxes of bullets because of the same thing. Eventually the inspector allowed it to go through. Tell him to send it ups insured .

Did you ever get a tracking number to confirm that it was sent? Curious to see how this story plays out.
