using rl1100 vs mark 7 evolution both auto drive for 223 and 9mm

i know this is a primarily benchrest forum and most on here, (me included) like to measure the number of molecules in our brass, powder and bullets,,,,,butttttt,,,,,

i have ALOT (20k) of mixed headstamp processed brass, in 223 and 9mm, processed through a a big dillon i think,,, cleaned, swaged, deprimed (of course), sized and trimmed, from a typical online place that gets once fired brass from a range and well, you know.

question1 how reliable would all this brass be as far as quality control? do i need to resize?
question 2 IF i save all my brass from shooting this,, how many times generallly speaking, would i be able to reload this brass? not looking at precision rounds here, was just going to load it with either bulk 55g fmjbt or some cheaper 69 gr hpbt

question 3 since i will be then processing my next batch of this now twice fired brass,,,on the rl100, is it best to have 2 toolheads? one for processing or the other one.

i am getting a rl1100 audrive with mr. bulletfeeder. the "problem" with the dillon is it only has 7 stations, i am using the dillon powder measure with ramshot tac. it seems like position #1 case feeder and ? anything else?

i have the option of getting a 10 station mark 7 revolution,, how much better is it to process and reload all at once? seems way better to me. can't really do that with the dillon it seems? at least not with powder sensors and other sensors.

question 4 how do most set up their toolheads on the rl1100 for non-precision 223 rounds with already processed brass? how about to process and reload at once swoop? is this realistically possible? it must be considering how many dillons are running out there

question 5 how do most set up their tool head on the 10 station mark 7's evolution or the forcoming new one?

i have never used either machine (ha ha) nor reloaded for 223 and 9 because I NEVER HAD TO BEFORE.

1. Yes. For sure you need to FL resize.

2. If you dont get carried away trying to set speed records and take it easy bumping shoulders, 5-6 reloads, maybe more. FED brass, maybe less. The primer pockets give out pretty fast.

3. Yes. One for processing and one for trimming.

I also use MrBulletfeeders, but not for 223. Only for handgun calibers.

If you are going to go the Mark 7 route, do it now and dont spend a penny on 1100 toolheads. I would go Mark 7, but I am too heavily invested in 1050/1100 toolheads to switch now.

4. Processed or unprocessed brass, its all the same.

5. No clue.

Hi,

I have bought an Evo back in 2018 with the intent of sizing/trimming/loading .223R. Didn't like it very much and went back to trimming in a seperate run.

With the trimmer on hte toolhead there was no room for the exhaust manifold and I had to butcher it to be able to squeeze it in between te neighboring dies. This also puts side pressure on the neighboring dies and I didn't like that either. I Have a manual Evo and with the behemoth MK7 trimmer the toolhead becomes so heavy the main spring can't really cope.

Picture is without the manifold.

Kind rgds from te Nehterlands
