This is a used Sauer 100 6.5cm that I picked up about a week ago. I managed to get it to the range once before everything went into lockdown because of the monster fire season we are having this year. It has a simple Vortex crossfire II on it, and with only being able to shoot it a few times after doing a 50yd sight-in, it put all five rounds in a clover leaf at 50yds.
OK a good start, so out to 100yds I went and it did the same thing there, it put 5rds. in a clover leaf on three different dot targets there as well. This was all the time I had that day to check it out and now everything is closed until the dew point comes up or until it rains.
That may be a month or so since this is the dryest time of year here. All in all not a bad start for a rifle that looks to have not been babied at all, I wonder what it will do with a better scope and hand loads. I guess that will have to wait for a while, hopefully not too long.
