SELLING Used Pre 64 barrel

I have a used, looks like maybe 50 rounds fired, pre 64 Winchester in 243, no other markings, not factory barrel someone had this installed ( I removed to build 30-06 Vintage Sniper)
Best I can tell 1/10 twist…did it with cleaning rod, 26”, 1.20 at breech, .740 at muzzle, crown is recessed
