I've got a used .338 barrel here I wound up with from a job, (if my memory is correct it was a bartlein). It is a 1-10 twist. I've used it some, so 1200 rounds total on it. Contour is 1.24" for a little over 5" of breech, it's 1" at the muzzle and 29.5" long. Threaded 1.062 x 20 tpi for the American rifle company CDG action, or mausingfield. It's currently chambered in .338 Lapua improved 37*. But it can be changed back to regular 338 Lapua by taking 1.2" off the breech end .....so that means the thread tennion and about another half inch of breech and would give about 5" of straight barrel at 1.24" diameter. Muzzle is threaded 3/4-24. Be great to turn into that 338-06 hunting rifle barrel, set back for .338 Lapua on something, etc. $125 shipped.
Or there's a pierce 5 port brake on it, and it can also be included for an additional $60
