I think I’m just going to settle in on the load on the left.
Edit... or at least until it proves not to shoot. That is the load showing the most potential that I have shot. I moved back to 120 yards to be in the shade. I’m just wondering if it would have been in the 3s if at 100.
Question... I know that the term groups means a lot of different things to different folks. I may have stated this before but for years it seems like most reviews and such was done with an average of 5 each of 5 shot groups. That is the way I have always shot and measured is 5 shot groups. Anyway my question is this. Do any of you possess the made math skills is statistics to confirm or denie the fact that 3 seven shot groups would be just as indicative as 5, five shot groups. I seem to have heard or read that years ago. I have over the years just shot a couple of 7 or 10 shot groups when selecting between loads, found the ones that shoot best and then average for five shot groups.
I realize that some only shoot 3 shot groups and I am not knocking that. It’s just I wouldn’t really know if a rifle I own today would compare to one I owned 25 years ago if I switched
