'UPDATE' NEW SCOPE RINGS

I went down to Kettlefoot Gun Club today and I saw something that might appeal to some of you guys that shoot 22 rifles.

There was a guy there selling a new and innovative product.
He has this scope ring that mounts directly to the receiver,no base needed) with one screw.

They are machined out of aluminum in pairs and are sold as matched sets.

He had them in 1' straight and offset and in 30mm offset.

The 30mm rings which were the biggest of the three, weighed under 2oz per pair.

He also said that he will be coming out with dovetail rings to fit 3/8' and 11mm.

Well John Morrison has accomplished what he said he would. He now has Dovetail mount rings for 3/8' and 11mm in 1' straight, 1' offset, and 30mm offset.

For those of you that were at Kettlefoot this past weekend you would have been able to see the rings up close and personal.

For those that were not there, here is a picture I took today.

He told me that he was working on getting a website up and running.
I think he said that it would be called 'Ringwerx'.com.

I am going to get a set for my Sako Squirrel Rifle.
