Universal Die

I have a Hornady 20 caliber universal seating die, I can use it for any 20 calibers, hence the universal? Also have a neck sizer that reads 20 cal NS on top. Same for it? As you can tell I'm fairly new to reloading.

Hornady shows the #46038 die under 204 R, 20 TAC, and 20 VT.

So it looks like a yes, but then someone could come up with some wildcat with a body diameter that won't work sooner or later.... YMMV
