Just playing with OL It says it takes 66000 psi to get 2850 Fps The case is rated on QL for 63817 That tells me you are 2000 psi over to get 2850 fps with a 28'' barrel
This is just raw numbers off 113.00 water gr Capacity. Larry

Are you drying the chamber after cleaning. I always use Brake clean or alcohol on a mop to clean chamber and then dry with a big patch wrapped around a brush. Are you cleaning the lube off your cases after sizing. Did you check trim length. They will cause the problems you are seeing if it isn't carbon. Also check to make sure the ejector pin can be pushed below the bolt face. Maybe brass or something is holding it out some. Matt
