Un-even Land Wear Question

While inspecting a rifle with my Hawkeye after cleaning today, I noticed that there seems to be a narrow strip of wear right down the center of each land. It seems as if the center of each land is wearing, but the sides are not.

The barrel is made by Pacnor, it’s a 270 WSM, 1-8” twist with just under 100 rounds thru it.

Can someone please help me understand what this means, or if there a problem? The barrel has been horrible to work up a load for, but finally got it down to 1 moa.

Thanks,
Sam

Without seeing the barrel first hand this just an observation from past experience. The top of the lands are not always an even consistent radius across the top. I've seen them with one side a .001" than the other and every shape/side to side taper you can think of. I wouldn't let that bother me.
