UltraSonic Gun Cleaning Brews

Iv been using my ultrasonic cleaner now for 4 months to clean brass and love it. What products have yall purchased or know of any home brews that i can make to clean gun parts?

I have found that household vinegar and water work as well as anything and does not seem to harm the cases. I use about 1/5 vinegar to 4/5 water and then rinse very well in hot water in the sink.

I use 50/50 water and Simple Green. buy it in the gallon jugs, makes a great cleaner in an ultra for sure. just know that Simple Green removes all the oil from the metal so be prepared to quickly give the parts a wipe down of protection

To clean other things like nuts and bolts (I use it alot when I work on my snowmobile) I use Grez-off. Its a degreeser. Mix some into some hot water. It works very well. I haven't tryed it with anything gun related yet but its the same difference. I think.
