Interesting read. He'd been hinting at this for awhile. I was surprised at the amount of parity between most of the presses. In his words, "You could spend a lifetime testing presses" [and still not have valid conclusions].
Some notable things about this comparison is that cases and bullets were not timed so runout indications could be additive or subtractive, and the sample size was very small. I.E. this is not exactly the end-all-be-all test of TIR, but is representative of real world use. It does have substantive information of slop, weight, sizing force, and consistency of sizing.
No recommendations are made, just the data for you to analyze and come to your own conclusion. I don't believe the results will force you to buy a new press so read the comparison without fear of being shamed of reloading on an old c-press.
