U.S optic Scopes

Hello,
I am thinking about buying a U.S Optics scope.
Would like some opinions on them!
There is not much talk about them and don't want to make a bad purchase.
It wouldn't be used for any type of competition, just fun out to 800-1000 yards.
Probably on a 300 Rum Sendero.
This is the model I'm looking at .

I don't own one, but I have an old optics database site bookmarked. Below is what is says. I am a strong anti-china guy on scopes, so I always look them up.

US Optics recently moved its headquarteres from Montana to North Carolina. Like the B-Series, the new Foundation-series rifle scopes are manufactured in Kalispell, Montana [source]. The imported TS-series rifle scopes and the DRS 2.0 red dots are manufactured in China [source] and [source]. The original DRS and the MCRS micro reflex red dots were manufactured in Japan [source] and [source]. The TSR 1X reflex red dot is made in China [source], and looks suspiciously similar to a Holosun (who also OEMs for Sig Sauer).

I had 5 of the SN3s back in the day, in the late 2000s. They were fine. I don't have any recent datapoints to offer.

I have two USO TS-12X, love them and would buy more if I found the need. I also have an FDN 25x JVCR and can't say I'm a fan, but it has nothing to do with scope performance, just doesn't fit what I'm used to in a scope. More of a feel thing when looking through it, eyebox just isn't as generous as I'm used to.
