1. This month I bought a 1980 manufacture RUGER Single Six with both .22 LR and .22 WMR cylinders.
With a 6" barrel and the .22 mag cylinder it is very accurate and punishes soft steel spinning targets so much (big dents!) that I no longer use that target with it.
2. Also I ordered a RUGER 57 pistol in 5.7 x 28 (centerfire). But it's still a .22, often using the same Hornady 40 grain bullets found in their .22 mag ammo. This pistol (If it ever comes) will be a "companion" to my PS90. Then I can get a job as an armored car guard. ;o) IMHO it's a better pistol than the FM Five seveN.
("I can stop buying guns and gun stuff anytime I want - done it hundreds of times.")
