Twist Rate .243/groove/velocity question

Can somebody explain to me the fine line between choosing a 1 in 10 or a 1 in 9 twist if you plan to use bullets between 75 and 100 grains, maybe 105 107 but never 115)? How does three groove vs. more grooves relate to this and what velocity/spin rates gets you in trouble for bullets not making it to the target?

Steve,

I don't think you can go wrong with a tighter twist. For 107's you need a 1:8. All of the smaller bullets should still shot good in this barrel.

As far as the number of groves....It is like picking the color of the new car you want. Some people like more and some people like less.
