Tuning a V3 Autotrickler with the slow/fast slider switch?

I'm trying, and obviously failing, to find a YouTube video that shows using the slow/fast switch on the the V3 electronics unit installed on the FX120i scale. It is done to manage the speed of the AutoTrickler for various powders and help stop overthrows.

If I got large over throws I went slower, long time trickling last few kernels went a little faster. If I had issues at the very slow end I played with level of the trickler by adding paper shims under the front or back of the trickler base. Never found something that wouldn't work eventually.

First you should adjust the trickler to drop 1/2 grain per second, as stated in the instruction manual. Use the app on your phone to run it for 10 seconds , and you should have 5 gr in the pan. Or 20 seconds for 10 gr.
This sets the proper rate for the trickler, and will speed up the time to finish. The slider (set in the middle to start) can then be adjusted in very small increments for over or under throw.

I am a bit focused on this, as after a few months of screwing around with various settings, I re read the manual, set the trickler angle, and it is MUCH faster. For my 6BR, 30 g of Varget fully loads in 10 seconds. That is about as fast as I can seat a bullet, so the powder throw does not slow me down.

I found this to be KEY to throwing fast and accurate!!
