Tumbler, stainless steel pins cleaning meida

Hi
I have been using stainless steel media pins for a few years now and it is very good at cleaning but one problem I have is pins getting stuck in both the primmer pocket and case neck.
Has anyone tried any of the below media in a tumbler. What were your results.
Copper shot, zinc shot, stainless steel, aluminium shoot all in different sizes. See link

There are a few places selling larger pins by a few thou that wont get stuck in the flash holes.

Do you want to try not using the pins? I tried them and they were too high maintenance for me. I get good results with one part simple green and seven parts water and tumble for two hours if you would like to try an alternative to the pins.

a degreaser.
i think without the pins its going to take longer and the cases banging against each other might deform the case mouths. i think the pins also act as a cushion.

It takes two hours and no problems with the cases banging against each other.

Another use for Simple Green, strip a dirty AR bolt and soak the parts over night and it makes getting rid of the carbon very easy.

Go to YouTube and search for "prongpusher" for a diy magnetic tumbler. Only cost him $50 or so. It will do the same thing as that LEM.

Andy here's a picture of the spray bottle. Here in the states we can buy it also in large bottles. I don't know if it is available in England.

When i started using stainless steel pins i also got pins stuck sideways in the primer pockets and case mouths especially 7mm. I pulled these pins out with needle nose pliers and threw them away. Eventually as these short pins were removed the problem went away.
